We’re posting screenshots of the Red Quarter — a small but densely populated district of Savoonga on the city’s southern edge.

The Red Quarter is a well-defended slum controlled by one of the local gangs, whose visible unity keeps the lawmen and the Radio Rats from driving them off the territory they hold. For its safety, the quarter’s population must pay a monthly fee to the gang that protects them.
