1.1. The use of the materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By obtaining access to the materials of the Site, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3. The Administration of the Site has the right at any time, unilaterally, to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes take effect upon the expiry of 3 (Three) days from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes made, the User is obliged to refuse access to the Site and to cease using the materials and services of the Site.

1.4. The price valuation of digital equipment and inventory provided on the site is informational in nature and under no circumstances constitutes a public offer as defined by the provisions of Article 437.

2.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be regarded as violating Russian legislation or the norms of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a disruption of the normal operation of the Site and the services of the Site.

2.2. The use of the materials of the Site without the consent of the rightholders is not permitted (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). For the lawful use of the materials of the Site, it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses) from the Rightholders.

2.3. When citing the materials of the Site, including protected copyrighted works, a reference to the Site is mandatory (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2.4. The comments and other entries of the User on the Site must not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. The User is warned that the Administration of the Site bears no responsibility for the User’s visiting and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site bears no responsibility and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or arising losses or damages related to any content of the Site, the registration of copyrights and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User into which the User entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Administration of the Site bears no responsibility whatsoever and has no obligations whatsoever in connection with such advertising.

2.1. 3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or connected with it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement may be understood as establishing between the User and the Administration of the Site agency relations, partnership relations, relations of joint activity, relations of personal employment, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

3.3. The recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement

3.4. The inaction on the part of the Administration of the Site in the event of a violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the Site of the right to take appropriate actions later in defense of its interests and the protection of copyrights to the materials of the Site protected in accordance with legislation.
