Recently we launched the development Support Shop, where you can lend us a hand by purchasing various packs. Since problems arise during purchase, especially if you are located outside of Russia, we decided to release a guide.

The website may have glitches, so if you cannot log in to the shop’s Personal Account, try opening the page in your browser in Incognito or Private Browsing mode, and at the same time clear the page cache. Logging in from a different browser will also help.

In case you are located abroad, you will be able to pay for purchases in our shop using the following options:

 
* Using a MIR card — they are issued not only in Russia, but also in Armenia, Belarus, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

* Using a QIWI wallet — however, here you need to check the conditions directly with the QIWI bank.
