Besides the Red Quarter, controlled by a local gang, the screenshots feature the Radio Rats’ base — a true outpost besieged by the city’s ruthless guard.

Amid the ruins, an unremarkable bar has managed to survive, where — rumor has it — the local bigwigs hold meetings to settle their disputes.
