Thanks to the feedback received from testers and the responses from communicating with the community, out-of-schedule changes were made to the movement mechanics.
We have seriously increased the movement speed in exploration and combat modes, also reworking the stamina consumption during walking.
Now, a significantly accelerated base step makes it possible, when moving around locations, not to switch to an exhausting run and not to worry about stamina consumption.
For cases when the character’s mobility is reduced due to negative states (fatigue, overload, injury), a smooth switch to a separate slow-walking animation has been introduced.
The video uses a new soundtrack fragment — another composition that plays during combat.
As early as the end of this week, the start of the second wave of our game’s testing will take place. We are continuing to collect your applications to participate in the next stages of pre-alpha testing.
