Key new features:
 
— Reworked the game’s opening: added an intro on the icy wastelands, tutorial events, and pop-up hints.
— Added an achievements section to the PDA. Achievements are granted for character progression, combat, world exploration, dialogues, crafting, learning recipes, quests, travel, respawns, and tutorials. There are also hidden achievements.
— Introduced trader specialization: a substantial difference in stock and prices.
— Flexible character setup at the start: until you leave the starting location you can freely redistribute your initial stats.
— Melee refinement: damage now depends more clearly on the character’s strength and related bonuses, and a melee build’s progression is more noticeably reflected in combat effectiveness.
